Let’s go last question.
3. Who are your competitors and what is their Page Rank for those keywords?

Ok, now you already have chosen your target keyword. So, you must know your competitors level.
You can do it in two ways.

-Do It Yourself manually
-Ask expert software do it for you.

Do it yourself.
You go to Google.com. Type your target keyword in search box. You will see the top 10 websites in first page.
-copy the exact URL in first position of google result.
-go to this PR Checker site: www.prchecker.info.
-paste the URL into the box.
You will know the PR value of the website in first position. List down that PR value in a excel sheet.

You carry on other 9 URL same things like first one. After you got 10 PR value of 10 websites, you average it.
If the average value is above 4, forget it. Many professional websites are targeting for that keyword. It will be very difficult to get in first page.
If the average PR value is between 3 and 4, it is still difficult. You can try it but it will take more than a year to get into first page.
The best average PR value is less than three.
You can try to get into first page within a year.

You also can know who are linking to your competitors to get high PR value.
-Go to www.yahoo.com
- Type “ link: competitor’s URL” in Yahoo search box.

2. Ask experts to do it for you.
